Jodhpur, popularly known as “Sun City” is also referred to as the “Blue City” due to the light blue painted houses around the Mehrangarh Fort which is fortified by a wall with several gates. Jodhpur is the second largest city of Rajasthan; It is centrally situated at a distance of 335 km from the state capital, Jaipur, and 200 km from the city of Ajmer. Jodhpur is a popular tourist destination, featuring many palaces, forts, and temples, set in the stark landscape of the That Desert.

Day 01: Jodhpur Station / Airport –Jaisalmer (285 Km / 5 hrs)

Meet & Greet on arrival at Jodhpur Railway Station / Airport & transfer to Jaisalmer.On arrivalCheck-in to the hotel. Evening visit Folk Lore Museum. At Folk Lore Museum, you can see the famous Rajasthani Puppet Show at your own cost. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.

Day 02: Jaisalmer Sightseeing

After breakfast visit the Jaisalmer Fort which is made of unique Golden Lime stone, that’s why it’s known as Golden Fort or Sonar Kella. After that visit to Patwon-ki-haveli, Nathmal-ki-haveli. Salim singh-ki-Haveli. People still live in these ancient buildings dating from the 12th to 15th centuries. Every house has exquisite carvings and filigreed work. After that also visit Gadishar Lake. In the Evening proceed for a camel ride on Sam Sand Dunes & you can experience the spectacular view of the Sun set in the Thar Desert. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.

Day 03: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (285 Km / 5 hrs)

After breakfast transfer to Jodhpur. En route visit Jaisalmer War Museum – The Jaisalmer War Museum is located 10 km short of Jaisalmer on the Jaisalmer – Jodhpur Highway. The unique museum has been designed with the view of honoring the contributions and sacrifices of war heroes and highlighting their bravery. It also traces the evolution of the Indian Army. On arrival check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.

Day 04: Jodhpur Local Sightseeing

After breakfast start for the Jodhpur city tour. Covering Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum, Mehrangarh Fort- is situated on a low sandstone hill. Within the fort visit Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada – an imposing marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II around 1899, Kaylana Lake, and Mandore Garden. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.

Day 05: Hotel –Jodhpur Railway Station / Airport

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Jodhpur Railway Station / Airport for your onward journey.
